Business idea leveraging government schemes

This is a business idea that just came to mind. I consider myself sort of a curator. This is the right word I had been looking for, I didn't know the meaning of the word, curator until I met my friend Anoop. I've been able to develop on this new word in wonderful ways. I've always wanted to start a restaurant and having been thinking of ways I can start one learning about the various processes involved. This is now my brain converging ideas. I'm now going to incorporate the recipes by traditional central travancore christian homes in sort of a cloud kitchen manner by sourcing ingredients from backward communities and partnering with them as well so as to leverage on the relevant government schemes available. I can also showcase the diversity of traditional Kerala and Malabar cuisine infused into different tastes with each bite providing different textures and variations of the same meal. This is my first original blog. So excuse the mistakes. Also, the background information on how this can be developed further is very much induced in my head if someone is interested to sponsor and support this journey. Goodnight.
